When people learn that I’m vegan they’ll sometimes say, “I could never go vegan, I love my ice cream too much.” The truth is that you don’t need to give up ice cream when going vegan, because their are so many different dairy-free types on the market. In fact, since there is such a wide variety of plant milks available, I think vegans may actually have a wider range of products and flavors to choose from.
